Finance Padhle ("we", "us", "our") is an independent online ACCA exam preparation platform operated from India. We provide study notes, practice questions, mock exams, and related learning tools for students preparing for ACCA Applied Knowledge examinations.

Finance Padhle is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. All ACCA trademarks, syllabus references, and examination names belong to their respective owners.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Platform. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@financepadhle.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Certain content and features are available only to Pro subscribers. The current subscription price is displayed on our Pricing page and is subject to change with reasonable notice.

Payment. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By completing a purchase you authorise the charge to your selected payment method.

Lifetime access. The current Pro plan grants lifetime access to content available at the time of purchase. We may add new content over time; access to future additions is not guaranteed unless stated explicitly.

Refunds. Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of our content, we do not offer refunds after Pro access has been activated. If you experience a technical issue that prevents access, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve it.

All content on this Platform — including but not limited to study notes, practice questions, explanations, software code, design elements, and the Finance Padhle name and logo — is the exclusive intellectual property of Finance Padhle and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India) and applicable international copyright law.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the content for your own private study only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content in any form
• Share your account credentials or Pro access with others
• Create derivative works based on our content
• Publish or commercially exploit any part of the Platform

You may not use the Platform to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content using automated tools
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or access source code beyond what is publicly available
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure, servers, or networks
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Engage in any activity that is unlawful under Indian law or applicable international law

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination and, where appropriate, legal action.

We take care to ensure our study material is accurate and aligned with the ACCA syllabus. However, syllabuses change and our content may not always reflect the very latest updates. Always verify important information against the official ACCA website (accaglobal.com).

Finance Padhle does not guarantee specific exam results or outcomes.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Finance Padhle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Platform integrates with third-party services including Supabase (authentication and database), Razorpay (payments), and Resend (transactional email). Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

We collect and process personal data (name, email, usage activity) to operate the Platform and improve your learning experience. We do not sell your data to third parties. By using the Platform you consent to this processing.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email or by displaying a notice on the Platform at least 7 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes are effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
